Soon after your order has been placed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes tracking information.

Processing

Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your order. All orders placed before 10:00am between Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 10:00am from Monday to Saturday, will be dispatched the next business day.

Cyprus

We deliver our products across all cities in Cyprus using GAP Akis Express. Deliveries are made either to pick-up points or directly to homes, except for certain limited-service areas as defined by GAP Akis Express.

  • Orders are processed and shipped only on business days (Monday – Friday) excluding holidays.
  • Delivery is typically completed within 3 working days of placing your order.
  • We offer free delivery shipping on orders over €30.
  • For orders below €30, you will be charged for delivery €3 at your nearest Akis Express and €5 for door to door.

Additional Information

  • You can track your parcel by clicking the tracking number in your order confirmation email.
  • Once processed, international orders delivered via standard Postal Service typically arrive within 12 to 20 business days, but the exact delivery time may vary depending on the service selected and the destination country.
  • International orders delivered via expedited shipping typically arrive within 2-4 business days.
  • We strive to ensure timely delivery; however, we are not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control, including, but not limited to, carrier or customs delays. If a delay occurs, we will use our best endeavours to inform you by communicating relevant shipping delay updates.
  • For delays, please contact your local post office with your tracking number.
  • If no one is available when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for picking up your order or rescheduling delivery.
  • Deliveries will not be made on public holidays. In such cases, your order will arrive on the next business day.
  • Customers are responsible for any local customs duties. We cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.
  • Legal title to the product purchased will pass to you upon shipment of your order. Risk in the product will remain with us until it is delivered to you at the address specified when placing your order.

Lost or damaged orders

Should an order be seized or abandoned due to certain circumstances, we will not be able to retrieve the order and you may not be refunded for your purchase. These circumstances include, but are not limited to: (i) failure to provide required customs documents, (ii) refusal to pay customs duties, or (iii) attempts to deliver were unsuccessful, and you were unreachable.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@mavroslarnaca.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We address these cases individually and will work with you towards a satisfactory resolution.

How to Return

To initiate a return, simply contact us to obtain a return authorization number. Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund.
