Cancellations and returns
We hope you’ll love every purchase from our website, but if you change your mind, we allow order cancellations before the order is prepared and, at any event, within a maximum of 14 days from the date of placing the order.
How to cancel your order:
- Notify us via email quoting your order details to the following email address: info@mavroslarnaca.com
- Select or quote the items you want to cancel and your reason for cancellation
- We will email you confirmation of your cancelled order
If the items have been delivered and you are not completely satisfied, you may return the items to us within 14 days from the date you received the items.
- Condition for return: The product must be unopened, undamaged and unused with all seals, packaging, and shrink-wrap intact and in the same condition you received them. If an item has a security tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position. If you received a return note with your order, please complete the same and attach it to the outside of your package. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Upon receiving the returned product, we will issue a full refund or credit note for the amount paid. This applies to a visual inspection only, not a product trial.
- Return shipment: We recommend using a recorded delivery service for your protection. Customers are liable for any returns made at their own expense.
- Return costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered in error or is faulty. The item should be securely packaged and returned with a copy of your invoice. The return must reach us within seven working days from the return notification date.
- Opened items: We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty and/or of unsatisfactory quality and/or unfit for their purpose.
Additional Conditions
- Goods are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel the contract if an item is unavailable.
- Payment and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the items were received faulty and/or of unsatisfactory quality and/or unfit for their purpose.
- Prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Minor variations in specification do not entitle the purchaser to cancel the contract.
- Claims for flawed and/or defective and/or damaged goods must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Please inspect goods immediately upon delivery and send an email to our Customer Service team comprehensively informing them of the flaw, defect or damage.

Delivery and Charges
Orders may be subject to a delivery charge. For more information, please see our Shipping Policy.
- First-time orders: The cardholder’s name and address must match the delivery address for the first order.
- We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- We aim to dispatch goods within 48 hours of receiving your order. However, this may vary based on stock availability. Delivery times are provided in good faith but are not binding. We are not responsible for transport delays.
- Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel the order.
Refunds (Cyprus)
You have the right to request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product.
- Return process: It is recommended to keep your tracking ID when sending items back via GAP Akis Express to ensure we can track your package. You can return the product to Faneromenis Avenue 174, 6035 Larnaca through any postal service of your choice.
- Return costs: You are responsible for the return costs. Include the confirmation email with the package.
- Refund process: Refunds are processed via bank transfer to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the product to confirm it is in its original, unopened condition. If you paid by cash on delivery, please provide your IBAN, account holder name, and bank institution name for the refund process. Bank transfer fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment services provider.
- Non-refundable fees: Initial shipping and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable. Refunds apply only to the product value.
Refund requests can be emailed to info@mavroslarnaca.com along with your order number or phone number, or you can include the details in the package.
Exchanges (Cyprus)
You have the right to request an exchange within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product.
- In-store exchange: Visit any of our stores (see our locations [HERE]) with the Order Confirmation email as proof of purchase. You can exchange the product for another item or receive a credit note for future use.
- Courier exchange: Contact GAP Akis Express via phone 77 77 17 77 to arrange the exchange. Include the confirmation email in the package, and keep the tracking ID for reference. You can return the product to Faneromenis Avenue 174, 6035 Larnaca through any postal service of your choice.
- If the exchanged product has a higher value, the difference will be paid by cash on delivery to GAP Akis Express.
- If the exchanged product has a lower value, the difference will be refunded as per the refund policy.
