Description
The Castlevania: Belmont's Curse is the highly anticipated new addition to Konami's legendary series, set to release on October 15, 2026, for the Nintendo Switch. Developed by Evil Empire and Motion Twin, known for the successful "Dead Cells," it promises to revive the classic 2D action-exploration that fans of the series have cherished.
The story unfolds in 1499, 23 years after the events of "Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse." Players take on the role of a descendant of Trevor Belmont, armed with the legendary whip "Vampire Killer," journeying to Paris to face the dark forces overwhelming the city. The game offers a non-linear map, allowing free exploration of both the castle and surrounding areas of Paris, aiming to discover upgrades and items that unlock new regions.
